This year, we are introducing a new fully online format. It will allow athletes, coaches, officials, and spectators to:

• Book lodging
• Book banquet tickets
• Register for events
• And pay for everything on a single platform.

How to register

All registration is done through Eventbrite ticketing, preferably by one designated person per club. Each ticket corresponds to a specific item (i.e., role, event, lodging, banquet) and each ticket contains a form that collects essential information.

1. SELECT YOUR TICKETS

On the Eventbrite page, add the tickets you need to your cart:

• • Officials (free)
    One ticket per official.
  • Coaches (free)
    One ticket per coach.
  • Events
    One ticket per event.
    For the same event, there are separate tickets depending on age categories and gender (i.e., 15–18 M, 15–18 F, Open M, Open F, MA M, MA F).
  • Lodging
    Lodging tickets are selected based on the number of nights of your stay (1 to 4 nights between Thursday, May 28 and Monday, June 1).
    There are tickets for both options, the Cosmodôme and the Sheraton.
  • Banquet
    One ticket per person (athlete, coach, official, parent, etc.).

• 2. COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION

Once you have made your selection, Eventbrite will ask you to complete a form for each ticket, so have the following information about your athletes, coaches, and officials at hand before you begin:

• • Best times (for each event)
  • Club
  • Date of birth
  • National registered athlete number
  • Teammates (for team events)
  • Allergies and/or dietary restrictions (if applicable)
  • Visitor(s) (for those staying at the Sheraton)

Please note that even if a ticket is free (coach/official), there are still mandatory questions to complete.

3. PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION

Once all fields have been filled in, confirm your order, proceed to payment (if applicable), and you will receive a confirmation email with a summary.

Please note that completing the Eventbrite registration will take a bit more time for clubs than in past years, but this online format will greatly help the organizing committee consolidate information, reduce errors, and streamline registration follow-ups.
