Financial Consultant or Bookkeeping Firm
Lifesaving Society Canada is looking for a Financial Consultant or Bookkeeping Firm who will oversee the Society’s financial management processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and fiscal responsibility as per the attached Job Description. Working within a fund accounting framework, the consultant will maintain up-to-date accounting records, manage payroll, prepare timely financial statements, participate in the audit process, and assist the CEO in the development of the annual budget. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in not-for-profit fund accounting.
- Job Type: Consultant or Bookkeeping Firm (approximately 2 days or 16 hours/week)
- Location: Remote within Canada, occasional travel within Canada may be required.
- Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Contract Type: Consulting agreement or contract

Sport Commission Working Groups
The Lifesaving Society Canada is seeking volunteers to join the Technical Working Group, and the Coach and Officials Working Group to assist in the development of Lifesaving Sport in Canada as per the Sport Commission annual plan. Members will contribute according to the responsibilities described in the respective Calls for Volunteers:
